- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Catalina salad dressing
- 1 cup peach or apricot preserves
- 1 package Onion Soup Mix
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray a 11×7-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Place chicken breasts in prepared pan.
- Whisk together dressing, preserves and dry soup mix. Pour over chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
